Overstaying Penalty

Penalty charge HK$5/min will be charged by the bound Default Credit Card if vehicle remains at the EV charging space 5 minutes after charging service has stopped.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Point EV Super Charging Service is only applicable to "The Point" registered members who have registered for contactless parking and bind with credit card in The Point App.
  2. Each member is eligible to use the EV Charging service once per day. Members are entitled to charge for a maximum of 3 sessions with 45 minutes in total.
  3. For charging session less than 15 minutes, one FULL charging session will be calculated. Charging fee is calculated based on the number of charging session selected by members and shall be conclusive.
  4. When the charging time is over, the system will automatically stop the power supply service.
  5. Members are able to use bonus points to redeem a maximum of 6 times of charging service in a month (from the 1st day to the last day of the month). Regardless of the number of sessions redeemed in each charging service, the redemption will be counted once. For other upcoming charging service, charging fee will only be settled by the bound Default Credit Card.
  6. The Point EV Super Charging Service provides a maximum output power of 60 kW. The actual charging power and charging speed may vary depending on factors such as the model of the electric vehicle, the supported power of the electric vehicle, the configuration inside the electric vehicle, the battery settings, and the state of charging of the battery. Please be reminded to check that charge limit of vehicle battery is at an appropriate level before using charging service.
  7. Parking offers are not available in this car park. The prevailing hourly parking rate applies to the EV Super Charging service. The hourly parking rate will be charged upon exiting the car park.
  8. Changes or cancellations are not allowed after confirmation. Overdue fine can only be paid through the "Auto Payment Service".
  9. By confirming their use of the Super Charging Service, the user acknowledges and to be bound by these terms and conditions. For more details, please refer to The Point website or The Point mobile applications.
  10. Sun Hung Kai Properties and Wilson Parking (Holdings) Limited will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused due to third-party access to The Point App from stolen or lost personal mobile devices.
  11. The EV charging time and fee shown in The Point's System shall be considered final and conclusive.
  12. Above contents are subject to change without prior notice.
  13. In case of dispute, Sun Hung Kai Properties and Wilson Parking (Holdings) Limited reserves the absolute right of final decision and interpretation.

逾時罰款

如停止充電後的5分鐘內仍未駛離充電車位，會員須以綁定信用卡繳付每分鐘HK$5的逾時罰款 。

條款及細則

  1. The Point特快充電服務只供The Point會員使用，並須於The Point App登記免觸式泊車服務及綁定信用卡。 
  2. 每位會員每天最多可使用充電服務1次，而每次可使用最多3節（共45分鐘）。
  3. 充電不足15分鐘亦作一節計算，收費以會員所選節數為準。
  4. 當充電時間結束後，系統會自動停止供電服務。
  5. 會員每月 (以每月第一天至最後一天計算) 可以使用積分兌換最多6次充電交易。同一充電交易下，不論以積分兌換多少節數，亦視當1次兌換。隨後充電交易則只能以綁定信用卡支付。
  6. The Point特快充電服務提供的輸出功率上限為60kW。實際充電功率和充電速度可能因電動車型號、電動車支援的功率、電動車內部配置、電池設定及電池充電狀態等因素而有所不同。使用充電服務前，請確保車輛電池的充電限制設定在適當水平。
  7. 本停車場不提供任何泊車優惠。使用特快充電服務須另外繳付時租泊車費。時租泊車費將於離場時收取。
  8. 一經確認，不能更改或取消。逾期所產生罰款必須透過「自動繳付泊車費用服務」所綁定的信用卡自動繳費。
  9. 確定使用特快充電服務後，即表示使用者接受及同意遵守所有有關條款及細則。有關詳情請瀏覽The Point的網站或手機應用程式。
  10. 新鴻基地產及威信停車場管理(控股)有限公司恕不負責顧客在任何因手機遺失的情況下引致第三方利用The Point App導致的損失。
  11. 電動車充電時間和費用以The Point系統為準，且該記錄為最終及具決定性。
  12. 以上內容如有任何更改，恕不另行通知。
  13. 如有任何爭議，新鴻基地產及威信停車場管理(控股)有限公司保留最終決定權。
