Wilson Parking - Terms and Conditions of Use of Hourly Parking e-coupon

1. Download the Wilson Parking mobile application and register as members

1.1 Customers must have installed and updated the Wilson Parking mobile application prior to the issuance of the Hourly Parking e-coupon.
1.2 Non-Wilson members must complete membership registration via the Wilson Parking mobile application before the issuance of the Hourly Parking e-coupon, using the same mobile phone number and email address provided at the time of booking of parking services. Customers must also add the vehicle licence plate number provided at the time of booking under “My Vehicles” in the Wilson Parking mobile application in order to receive the Hourly Parking e-coupon.
1.3 If the Hourly Parking e-coupon cannot be successfully credited to the member’s account due to inaccurate or incomplete membership registration details, or failure to add the vehicle licence plate number provided at the time of booking under “My Vehicles”, no reissue, replacement, or compensation will be made, and no further notice will be given.
1.4 Customers can find the Hourly Parking e-coupon at the “Coupon” tab of the Wilson Parking mobile application.

2. Hourly Parking e-coupon Terms & Conditions of Use

2.1 Hourly Parking e-coupons not used within the validity period will automatically expire and be forfeited without extension, refund, carry forward, or compensation.
2.2 Hourly Parking e-coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.3 Any unused Hourly Parking e-coupon balance will not be refunded and will not be carried forward or credited for future use, whether in whole or in part.
2.4 Only one Hourly Parking e-coupon may be used per parking session.
2.5 Hourly Parking e-coupons may only be used by the designated Vehicle Registration Mark registered under the member’s profile.
2.6 Members must apply the relevant Hourly Parking e-coupon via the Wilson Parking mobile application after entering the specified car park and before payment of any applicable parking and/or charging fees.
2.7 If Hourly Parking e-coupon redemption fails for any reason, including but not limited to network issues, system failures, mobile reception issues, or third party application interference, the full applicable charging or parking fee shall apply.
2.8 Members must use the Hourly Parking e-coupon in person at the specified car park and within the validity period.
2.9 Parking space availability are not guaranteed and are subject to actual onsite availability.
2.10 The Hourly Parking e-coupon is valid only for a deduction from payable parking fees up to a specified amount at the designated car park.
2.11 The Hourly Parking e-coupon cannot be used when the payable parking fee is HK$0.
2.12 The Hourly Parking e-coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other parking offers, discounts, promotions, or vouchers unless otherwise specified.
2.13 The Hourly Parking e-coupon cannot be used with Day Park, Night Park, or Max Park rates. Where such rates are lower than the applicable hourly based calculated parking fee, the system will automatically apply the lower rate and the Hourly Parking e-coupon will not be applicable.
2.14 After successful redemption, parking fees will be automatically deducted upon payment. Any remaining balance must be settled before exiting the car park.
2.15 Use of the Hourly Parking e-coupon is subject to the Terms and Conditions displayed at the car park entrance.

3. General Provisions

3.1 Wilson Parking reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3.2 In case of dispute, the decision of Wilson Parking shall be final.
3.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
3.4 In case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
